PLEASE READ BELOW

Hi I have downloaded this file but when I try and extract it says "file is corrupt" for ALL the files then I try and repair them but when I do this it says recovery record NOT found?? But if I look at the properties of the parts it says recovery record 'present'??? PLEASE HELP I have no idea what to do
